Cllr. Priya AnandLeader of Harrowmere Council

VerdictMisleading

640 built, 1,360 approved

The figure combines 640 completed homes with 1,360 that have planning approval but are not yet built.

Why

Council housing returns show 640 homes completed since 2024. A further 1,360 have approval. Adding the two gives 2,000.
